Sophie draws on her diverse background and qualifications in Pilates, resistance training, and yoga to offer a truly holistic and personalised approach. Her method goes beyond standard training, focusing on identifying the underlying patterns that may be holding you back from moving freely, feeling your best, or reaching your full potential. Because as humans, we’re not designed to move in just one way. In fact, optimum health depends on moving our bodies frequently and in a variety of ways. This is why Sophie blends a wide range of training and movement patterns, for optimum body awareness and performance.
